Helping a gin brand reach the right audiences
The PR work Axiom does, and has done since 2012, for our client Brockmans Gin isn’t just about traditional media.
We often come up with ideas that the brand adopts as part of its wider marketing strategy. One of these is a superb gin-themed hamper – which launches in October 2020. As one media contact put it when we issued a story about the new product: “Who wouldn’t want one of these?”.
After 18 months, it’s great to see this suggestion come to fruition in the brand’s ecommerce shop.
The idea was more than just a product proposal. I believe that the initiative will further increase awareness of this gin by generating attention and so aiding sales through retail and on-trade outlets as this very stylish hamper helps promote the premium positioning of this spirit.
Initiatives such as this, the Meals for the NHS donations made during lock-down, and the book I conceived and produced, help keep this global English-made spirits brand front of mind amongst consumers, trade and other influencers.
