During a 5 year campaign to raise the profile of the fragrance sector, we conceived, launched and helped stage a prestigious annual event we dubbed The Fragrance Forum, usually held at The Royal Society, where we convened a symposium of global experts drawn from academia and industry. To this day, the event has become a fixture in the UK calendar for the industry. As well as our positive media work resulting in national broadcast, national newspaper, consumer magazine and trade journal coverage, we also handled crisis management and aided membership with a series of publications as well as promoting careers in the sector.
