We know a thing or two about drinking water.
We are the PR team behind the ‘drink 8-glasses of water a day’ campaign, whilst working for the natural Mineral Water Information Service, overseeing the rise in the bottled water industry’s UK sales from 795m litres when our campaign launched, to 2.2 billion litres within a decade of running the campaign. Jo Jacobius was often quoted in the media as a spokesperson for the NWMIS which was supported by the likes of Danone, Nestle and Highland Spring. We launched Natural Mineral Water Week, produced literature and articles, and worked with scientists on a health campaign that changed the sector’s fortunes.
We went on to set up and run another association – British Bottled Water Producers – promoting the sustainability of small and medium sized bottlers of natural mineral and spring waters who act as stewards of the land across parts of rural Britain. We’ve also helped drinking water brands including Ty Nant, Love Water and Brecon Carreg.
And we promoted the hydration and sustainability benefits of water coolers for the British Water Cooler Association, now the Water-Dispenser & Hydration Association, for whom we continue to provide crisis management consultancy services.
